Just a stone's throw from Peyrusse-Grande, in the famous Haut-Armagnac region, and minutes from the birthplace of d'Artagnan, Guillamat, a large 300m² family home with first floor + first floor, is the ideal location to enjoy moments of relaxation and Wellbeing in a privileged environment! In the heart of a private, quiet, bucolic environment, everything has been planned for a stay of pure happiness: the impression of time suspended, a feeling of Wellbeing in the sun... you'll have plenty of time to relax by the private heated swimming pool (secured by a cover, open from April 1 to September 30) or by the lake, to share convivial moments on one of the terraces at your disposal, to play a game of pétanque or ping-pong with the whole family, or to try your hand at fishing in the Sports hall with sauna... there's something for everyone! For your utmost comfort, everything is included: bed linen and towels. In addition: a catering service to order for breakfast and dinner. As a major tourist destination, you can explore the Countryside on the roads of the Gers, discovering the beautiful surrounding villages with their rich heritage and history. Enjoy the Férias or the "Tempo Latino" in Vic-Fezensac, or swing to the beat of the international "Jazz in Marciac" festival.

Living room with open kitchen and access to the terrace, storeroom and laundry room, shower room/wc, bedroom 1 accessible from the covered terrace (1 bed 160) with private shower room/wc, bedroom 2 with 1 bed 160, bedroom 3 with bed 160 and private shower room/wc, large gaming room with relaxation area, meals and Kids games (table soccer). Upstairs: bedroom 4 with 1 bed 160, shower room/wc, bedroom 5 with 2 beds 90, bedroom 6 with 1 bed 160 and bathroom/wc + shower. 1 garage with bikes and games. Bathroom linen provided. Please make an appointment for arrival (preferably around 5 p.m.) - Deposit €500, compulsory cleaning €250 to be given to the hostess on arrival if more than 4 rooms occupied, otherwise €50/room.

Formula with breakfasts 15 €/day/person in supplement to be paid on the spot.

Travelers are entitled to 80 KW of electricity per day. A surcharge of 20c/KW will be invoiced for any excess.
Heating: wood-burning stove (wood supplied), gas central heating in one part of the house and electric in the other.
