Here, you’ll explore the 50-hectare estate of vineyards and woods and walk part of the Way of St. James. Just a few kilometers from the village of Montréal, which overlooks the Aude plain and the Canal du Midi—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—which you can explore on foot or by bike. From the holiday cottage, you can set out to discover the cultural and culinary treasures of the Aude department (the village of Fanjeaux, the Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours, the “village of books” Montolieu, and the abbeys of Saint-Papoul and Saint-Hilaire). Just a few kilometers away, you’ll find yourself in Ariège at the famous Market in Mirepoix, or beneath the ramparts of the Cité de Carcassonne, just 25 minutes away. Upon request, the owners can recommend great spots to taste local wines.
On-site, you can enjoy the garden and park shared with the owners, as well as the pétanque court for fun games of pétanque, with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees mountain range. From May 1 to October 30, you can cool off in the owners’ pool (6 x 12 m, depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.50 m), which is open from mid-May to late September depending on the weather, complete with sun loungers and a pool house featuring a shower and restroom. A gaming room is also available, featuring ping-pong tables, foosball, and more.
The holiday cottage features the following on the ground floor:
_a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the living area with a TV and a wood-pellet stove.
_a private terrace with patio furniture and a plancha grill.
_a separate restroom.
_a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
_2 bedrooms with 2 160 beds each, each with its own bathroom.
Upstairs:
_a bedroom with two 90-cm beds (which can be joined upon request), air-conditioned.
_a bedroom with one 160-cm bed, air-conditioned, and its own private bathroom with toilet.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre idyllique.
Des propriétaires très accueillants et très agréables.La maison est impeccable et l’emplacement idéal quand on veut visiter la région sans faire trop de route (visites de multiples curiosités à 30’ max de voiture)

FamilleLagrange De très belles vacances
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans un cadre très très agréable qui se prête à merveille aux souvenirs de vacances en famille.
Nous nous sommes régalés à découvrir le domaine ( labyrinthe, promenade, potager, piscine...) . Le cadre est exceptionnel et l on sent l' amour des hôtes pour leur propriété. Le gîte est neuf, décoré avec soin et très bien équipé.
Nous remercions Josy et Jean pour leur accueil chaleureux, leurs conseils sur les bonnes adresses et activités des alentours.

Audrey Très belle villa dans un magnifique domaine
Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec tout le nécessaire pour nos enfants en bas âge. La villa est très pratique, très bien décorée et très agréable ! Les hôtes étaient vraiment super (disponibles, réactifs, très sympathiques) ! Nous pouvons nous promener librement dans ce magnifique domaine très bien entretenu comme tous les équipements mis à disposition (très belle piscine sécurisée, zones de jeux, cabane dans les arbres, multiples endroits pour prendre l’apéro ou se reposer, etc.). Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Stefan S. Everything has been just perfect!
We have stayed for one week with two families at this beautiful place. Jean and Josy have been perfect hosts. The kids loved the garden with the labyrinth, the tree house and the pool. They had very much space to play inside and outside. The location is perfect for total relaxation. We immediately loved this place and are looking forward to stay there again.
