The "Pinède et Eau Douce" gîte is set high up in the mountains and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding pine trees and mountains from its large terrace, providing the perfect setting for a peaceful stay with family or friends.

Upstairs, the terrace offers a privileged outdoor space to enjoy convivial moments while admiring the surrounding nature.
Inside, an entrance hall leads to a bright living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, pod coffee machine). Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The master suite has a 160 cm bed and en-suite bathroom. A hallway leads to 2 other bedrooms: 1 with a 160 cm double bed, and 1 with 2 90 cm twin beds.

Outside, a large enclosed garden with garden furniture is available. An 8x4m (1.40m deep) swimming pool offers a refreshing and pleasant option during the summer months. A barbecue area with plancha is also available.
