This beautiful town house offers a pleasant setting and is located less than 5 minutes' walk from all the attractions of the medieval city: shops of all kinds, restaurants, cultural venues (cinema, theater, museums), the historic streets of the Bastide Saint-Louis with its not-to-be-missed cultural events such as the Cité music festival and local fêtes, the Pôle Aqualudique aquatic complex for a refreshing dip or the UNESCO World Heritage Canal du Midi.
The medieval Cité is just a 10-15 minute walk away, and along the way you'll be able to see the whole of Carcassonne. The banks of the River Aude are just a short stroll away, an ideal place to walk or cycle and get in touch with nature for a while.


On site, you'll find a lovely private terrace with garden furniture for relaxing or socializing. An adjoining private garage is available for parking your car or bicycles. However, the Holiday cottage is located in the City, in a very quiet lane with little traffic (cars or pedestrians), ideal for relaxing.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1 with a 140x190cm bed and a sofa with storage space.
- Separate bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.
- On the first floor, the garage is accessible via a door, and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

1st floor:
- Dining room with fully-equipped separate kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso maker, fridge-freezer).
- Bedroom 2: bed 140x190cm.
- Bedroom 3: bed 140x190cm, communicating directly with bedroom 4 with bed 90x190cm.

2nd floor:
- A living room with sofa, armchairs and connected TV that leads to a small Unusual room: an Irish bar. From the lounge you can access the terrace.
