Beautiful, fully renovated 17th-century character house on the banks of a river, 25 minutes north of Carcassonne in the Montagne Noire region.

Here, the environment is made up of meadows, forests and lakes, some of which were built by Paul Riquet to supply water to the Canal du Midi. The gite grounds are enclosed and tastefully landscaped, with a 12x6m swimming pool, a jacuzzi (5 people) and a play area for Kids. Parking on the property. A small inn with terrace overlooking a pond is located behind the Holiday cottage. Vacation vouchers accepted by reservation service only.

The Holiday cottage comprises: a kitchen opening onto a pergola terrace with table and barbecue, a laundry room, a large living/dining room with fireplace and small bar, a bathroom (+ shower), WC. Upstairs you'll find 5 bedrooms, including one for Kids in a small dormitory with 6 bunk beds (90cm), a shower room and adjoining WC, and access to an enclosed mezzanine bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm), a shower room and WC on the landing for the other bedrooms. The 3 other bedrooms are equipped with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 160. Wood heating and electric heating in bathrooms, bed linen, towels and cleaning on request.
