On the edge of the charming Aude village of Les Martys, this Holiday cottage welcomes you for a peaceful, rejuvenating stay.

Ideal for couples or small families, My Agradi "là où je me plaisant" offers a simple, friendly setting close to nature. Its atmosphere and peaceful location make it the perfect base from which to explore the region's treasures.
In the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, Les Martys is the ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts. Just a few minutes away, take advantage of the Base de loisirs de Laprade, perfect for swimming, picnics or walks in the Forest. A little further afield, Lac de la Galaube and Lac des Montagnès welcome you to their shaded beaches and paths.
Hikers, mountain bikers and mushroom pickers will find plenty to do on the many trails of the Mountain Noire. In terms of heritage, discover the castles of Lastours, perched on their vertiginous peaks, or stroll through the narrow streets of the medieval city of Carcassonne, around 35 minutes away by car.
And to complete the experience, visit the local markets, where wine, honey and charcuterie producers offer authentic local produce.

This Holiday cottage, just down the lane, is complete with:
_A courtyard (a few steps) with garden furniture and classic barbecue.
A fully-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, functional wood-burning stove).
Lounge area with TV.
Dining area.
Separate toilet with washing machine.
First floor:
_One bedroom with two 90cm beds.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit.
Cellar accessible from the back alley.

A large parking space at the foot of the Holiday cottage, shared but naturally considered "reserved" for the Holiday cottage.
