Hiking enthusiasts will love the marked trails through garrigue, vineyards and Forest.
The wine region offers tastings of Corbières and Minervois, powerful, sunny wines. Montgaillard is also a Mecca for Occitan gastronomy: cassoulet, artisanal charcuterie and goat's cheese. The local Markets are bursting with local produce.
