Montgaillard is a charming village in the Aude department, which will win you over with its authenticity and natural setting. Nestled in the heart of Cathar country, it offers exceptional panoramic views of the Corbières. Nearby, discover Cathar castles such as Peyrepertuse and Quéribus, perched on the ridges. Hiking enthusiasts will love the marked trails through garrigue, vineyards and Forest.
The wine region offers tastings of Corbières and Minervois, powerful, sunny wines. Montgaillard is also a Mecca for Occitan gastronomy: cassoulet, artisanal charcuterie and goat's cheese. The local Markets are bursting with local produce.
A few kilometers away, Limoux invites you to savour its famous Blanquette. The nearby Gorges de Galamus offer an impressive natural spectacle, with their sheer cliffs and hermitage nestling in the rock.

Winnie Une belle maison dans un bel endroit calme
Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires. Sylivie avait mis du vin et de l'eau supplémentaires dans le réfrigérateur et il y avait même de la confiture de figues faite maison ainsi qu'une bouteille de très bon vin rouge de sa propre production.
La maison est très propre et la cuisine a tout ce dont on peut rêver. La salle de bain est grande et tout est très confortable et aménagé avec style. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise pendant ces deux semaines. Montgaillard est un petit village et il est très calme et tranquille, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les vacances ont été tout simplement géniales et reposantes. Si tout se passe bien, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Bastoch Excellent
Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires gîte très propre conforme à l' annonce, très confortable et pratique à recommander sans hésiter nous étions 23 adultes et enfants on à louer trois gîte idéal pour une réunion de famille ou avec des amis

Glébone Le gîte idéal pour découvrir les Hautes Corbières
Le gîte est parfaitement conforme à la description À souligner, de très sympathiques attentions comme le feu qui crépite dans la cheminée à notre arrivée ou la fourniture du linge de toilette et de maison.
