Located on the harbor, the apartment is on the second floor of a residence with elevator and is presented as follows:

- Entrance hall with cupboards, opening onto the main room,
- Dining area with kitchen (coffeemaker, fridge-freezer, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine),
- A living/bedroom area with a 140x190cm sofa bed and TV,
- A cabin with a Cot 80x190 folding bed,
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit,
- A loggia with garden furniture for shaded outdoor meals.

Enclosed private parking in the residence. Baby equipment not supplied. Water + electricity charges extra.
