Nestled in a charming hamlet just a few minutes from Castelnaudary, this Holiday cottage enjoys unspoilt surroundings in the heart of the Countryside. It's a little corner of nature, between the Mountain Noire and the Lauragais hills, ideal for recharging your batteries away from the urban hustle and bustle.

The region, renowned for its art de vivre and gastronomy (you can't go past the famous cassoulet!), offers a delightful blend of rural traditions and historical heritage. Stroll along the UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi, explore the farmers' markets, visit the bastides and abbeys, or let yourself be tempted by a bike ride through the fields.
For the more curious or culture-lovers, Carcassonne, Toulouse and even the Mediterranean are just an hour's drive away.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' home, offers:
A comfortable living room with TV,
A dining room,
A fully-equipped kitchen (2 small steps) (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, fridge with freezer space) with access to the garden,
A laundry room with storage space and washing machine,
Separate toilet,

First floor:
A hallway fitted out as a gaming room or rest room,
A bedroom with a 140cm bed,
A bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet.
A library with access to a terrace overlooking the garden,

Second floor:
_An attic bedroom with a 140cm bed and a baby bed with bars (2 small steps),
An attic bedroom with two 90cm beds,

Outside, a garden with furniture and a swing, a gas plancha.
Parking for 2 cars in front of the Holiday cottage.

No parties allowed and non-smoking Holiday cottage. Pets are not allowed as Vicky already looks after the property.
