The Holiday cottage is on the same plot as the owner, but benefits from an independent outdoor area with private uncovered swimming pool from April 29 to October 30 (8 x 4.75), spa area in the pool. Private parking in the street. The village is the starting point for numerous visits, Caunes Minervois with its abbey and marble quarry, the Canal du Midi 5 minutes away, the city of Carcassonne 25 minutes. Holiday cottage on one level, comprising living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha, bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Bathroom with WC. Reversible air-conditioning. The living room opens onto the terrace and Piscine with garden furniture.

Top Gite
5/5Jean Marc is een vriendelijke joviale gastheer die een goede rondleiding heeft.
Hij is zeer discreet maar als je een vraag/probleem hebt moet je maar aankloppen of hem roepen.
De Gite is zoals beschreven en voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Op wandelafstand vindt je een bakker/ cafe-restaurant en een pizzeria. Wat verderop is een Carrefour en Intermarche. Wij hebben genoten van onze fietstochten langs het Canal du Midi en bezochten ook Carcassonne / Narbonne e.a
Na onze dag uitstapjes genoten we nog van het verfrissend zwembad , wat zeker nodig was tijdens de hittegolf. Ik kan deze Gite ten zeerste aanraden.- Cleanliness 4/5
