Les Mouettes

Just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Port-la-Nouvelle, Les Mouettes is the ideal place to spend your vacation by the sea.

Grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries and water sports activities are all within easy reach. Located in a quiet residential area, the Holiday cottage combines Sea, activities and relaxation! Port-la-Nouvelle is a seaside resort well located for discovering all the treasures of the region less than 30 minutes away: the island of Sainte-Lucie, the Etang de Bages, the Falaises de Leucate, the Sigean African reserve or Narbonne and its ancient heritage. Hiking and biking enthusiasts are well catered for! The resort also boasts numerous fishing spots.


On site, the Holiday cottage has an outdoor space in front of the gîte where you can park your car (depending on size, otherwise you'll also find spaces in the street). At the rear of the Holiday cottage is a private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, where you can relax and enjoy outdoor meals in fine weather.


The air-conditioned Holiday cottage comprises a ground-floor laundry/garage with washing machine and space for bicycles. An independent shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. A living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining table, with a sitting area featuring a sofa, TV and fireplace with wood supplied. The living room opens directly onto the outside terrace. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm).

Bed linen is optional. End-of-stay cleaning to be done by tenants.
