**Exceptional Holiday cottage in the Lauragais** France Welcome to a Holiday cottage full of character, carefully converted into a typical Lauragais farmhouse dating from the 18th and early 19th centuries. This family home, owned by the same family since 1708, offers you an authentic experience in the heart of the OCCITANIE-Pyrénées-Méditerranée region. Come and enjoy a memorable stay, combining comfort, nature and culture, in the heart of the Lauragais region!

- Location: Just 3 km from Castelnaudary and the famous Canal du Midi.

- Outdoor Area: Enjoy a large, enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in the heart of nature.

- Inside:
- On the ground floor, a spacious living-dining area opens onto a west-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue. The living room features a two-seater sofa bed.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
- Upstairs, you’ll find a large bedroom with two 90-cm beds, which can be converted into a 180-cm bed, with an adjoining toilet. A small mezzanine bed room is furnished with a 90 cm single bed.

Eco-friendliness and heating:

The holiday cottage is powered by solar panels. In winter, a wood pellet stove provides cozy warmth. Consumption ranges from ½ to 1 15-kg bag of pellets per day, at an additional cost of €6 per bag.
