- Outdoor Area: Enjoy a large, enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in the heart of nature.

- On the ground floor, a spacious living-dining area opens onto a west-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue. The living room features a two-seater sofa bed.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
- Upstairs, you’ll find a large bedroom with two 90-cm beds, which can be converted into a 180-cm bed, with an adjoining toilet. A small mezzanine bed room is furnished with a 90 cm single bed.

- Welcome basket with seasonal local products.
- Cleaning available upon request for a worry-free stay.

Eco-friendliness and heating:
The holiday cottage is powered by solar panels. In winter, a wood pellet stove provides cozy warmth. Consumption ranges from ½ to 1 15-kg bag of pellets per day, at an additional cost of €6 per bag.

Nous sommes partis avec nos 2 enfants de 5 et 2 ans et notre chien, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très bien équipé pour se sentir comme à la maison.
Il est bien situé avec la proximité de Castelnaudary et de nombreuses activités à faire à moins de 20 min du gîte.
Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires toujours disponibles en cas de besoin, et toujours de bons conseils !

Maison charmante ! Rustig huisje waar hond welkom is !
Rustig gelegen huisje op het domein van de vriendelijke eigenaar en zijn dochter. De eigenaar geeft uitgebreide toelichting bij aankomst van de faciliteiten en de bezienswaardigheden in de omtrek. Grote omheinde tuin met groot terras waar de hond alle vrijheid heeft. Het huis is zeer ruim voor twee personen. De keuken is goed uitgerust met alle toestellen en er is veel gerief aanwezig voor het huishouden. Het bed in de slaapkamer is zeer comfortabel en ook de aanwezigheid van apart toilet bij de slaapkamer is een pluspunt. Voldoende kasten ook aanwezig. Om te voet naar het dorp te gaan is het eigenlijk net iets te ver (+/- 3 km naar Castelnaudary en drukke baan) maar het huisje zelf is enorm rustig gelegen. Enkele suggesties voor verbetering : de tuinstoelen zijn versleten en mogen eens vervangen worden. De gordijnen die de warmte moeten buiten houden zijn ook aan onderhoud toe. De algemene netheid viel ons wat tegen bij aankomst. Na een flinke schrobbeurt van de badkamer, terras en living was het voor ons verder perfect voor een rustige vakantie in deze mooie streek.

We hebben vier weken genoten van dit comfortabele huis met heerlijke tuin. De tuin is privé en omzoomd met grote bomen vol vogels, het huis ruim, charmant en koel. Het ruime terras is op het zuidwesten, maar dankzij de grote parasol en de hoge bomen op een paar uurtjes volle zon na, heel aangenaam. En die korte tijd dat het er te warm is, zijn er volop schaduwplekjes in de tuin. De eigenaars zijn hartelijk en een bron van informatie over de omgeving en de lokale geschiedenis.

Nous avons profité de cette maison confortable avec son joli jardin pendant quatre semaines. Le jardin est privé et entouré de grands arbres où poussent de nombreux oiseaux. La maison est spacieuse, charmante et fraîche. La grande terrasse est orientée sud-ouest, mais grâce au grand parasol et aux grands arbres, elle est très agréable, hormis quelques heures de plein soleil. Et pendant les courtes périodes de chaleur, le jardin offre de nombreux coins ombragés. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et une véritable mine d'informations sur la région et son histoire.
