Ideally located just 20 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, this peaceful refuge offers an authentic experience of the South of France. A private parking space and a lovely covered terrace, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture, are available to enjoy the warm summer evenings.

The owner will be delighted to advise you on places to visit and things to do in the area. The area is a haven of peace, where you can observe the local wildlife, including different species of birds, as the seasons change. Tennis fans will be delighted with free access to nearby courts, while Hiking enthusiasts can explore the many surrounding trails.

For an even more immersive experience, the owners can lend you bikes, and you can head to the nearby village to enjoy tapas and a glass of wine at the Collin Bike and Tapas Bar.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, shares a vast 5000m² communal garden. A swimming pool is available on site, to be shared with guests, as well as a barbecue.

Inside, the Holiday cottage offers a living room/kitchen with TV, opening onto a 10m² covered terrace. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine area (for 2 teenagers only), a shower room with washing machine and separate toilet complete the accommodation.

Enjoy all the advantages offered by this Holiday cottage, including bike hire and free access to the Tennis courts, for convivial moments under the Midi sun.

Electric heating is available at an additional cost (€25/week). Pets are welcome, but please note that an extra charge applies.
