Halfway between Toulouse and the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, on the banks of the Unesco World Heritage Canal du Midi, discover the gîte "Le Studio O'Bonheur de Hamma" located in the heart of Castelnaudary with all shops in the immediate vicinity (less than 100m).

The place is ideal for a couple, a little nest for two in the Lauragais.

Its ideal location is perfect for discovering all the gems of the region less than half an hour from the Holiday cottage: the medieval town of Carcassonne or Fanjeaux, the magnificent natural landscapes of the Mountain Noire or the Lauragais, the Abbey of Saint-Papoul or the discovery of the unmissable local gastronomy (cassoulet, wines...).

And being right in the center of Castelnaudary, you can do it all on foot, whether you're going to a restaurant, shopping or the bakery. The Canal du Midi is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are many lovely walks and bike rides along the banks. There is also plenty of free parking for cars in the street around the Holiday cottage, and an optional breakfast is available (€12).

This air-conditioned Holiday cottage opens on the first floor into a living room shared with the 3 other bedrooms, with a sitting area featuring a sofa bed for 2 additional people with TV, and a dining area. On the 1st floor, a shared kitchen. On the second floor, your private space with an independent studio with the bedroom area equipped with a 180cm bed, a small lounge area with armchairs, sofa and TV, a fully-equipped open kitchen with dining table, and a private, adjoining shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.

Possibility of renting other single rooms in the same building (3 rooms). WIFI connection. Baby Equipment on request. Bed linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets allowed only on request from the owner and subject to conditions (€20/pet).
