South-facing terrace with views of other villas. The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor and offers all comforts and facilities in a resolutely modern atmosphere. Walks around the lake 500 m away, shops and restaurants in the village. 2 bicycles available. Private parking. Nautical Base 8 km away.
Separate entrance on first floor. First floor: large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto 10 m² terrace, bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, shower room-wc. 2nd floor: attic bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.
Pets allowed subject to good behavior and extra charge.
Bed linen, cleaning and towels are optional.
Compulsory cleaning, to be paid on site for short stays: 50 euros .
Possibility of renting a garage for an extra charge of €100 per week.

Certainement très agréable en été, mais insuffisamment isolé, ce gîte ne convient pas lorsqu'il fait froid et que le vent souffle fort.

J. Rottweil Erholsamer perfekter Urlaub
Nachdem wir letztes Jahr von der Wohnung vollauf begeistert waren, haben wir für diese Jahr gleich wieder gebucht. Unsere hohen Erwartungen wurden wiederum erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr ruhig. Zu den Flamingos sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentumer vor der Reise war wiederum sehr angenehm und die Abwicklung vor Ort mit Natalie perfekt.

Tout s'est très bien déroulé, grâce à Nathalie son accueil,sa disponibilité et sa sympathique.
Le logement est très proche du centre de Bages,facile d'accès et l'endroit est très calme.

Véro Séjour vélo à Bages
Nathalie nous a chaleureusement accueillis et informés sur les visites intéressantes aux alentours, sur les circuits vélo.
Le gîte est confortable, fonctionnel, bien décoré de tableaux d'artiste. Le petit couloir en bas nous a permis de ranger nos 2 vélos à l'abri.
La terrasse même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisée car la météo venteuse ne le permettait pas apporte de la lumière et de l'espace.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ressourçant au Refuge !- Cleanliness

Finette46 Logement récent en parfait état
Petit village très sympathique. Au calme ce qui fut tres apprécié nous qui sommes de la campagne nous avons été charmé par ce village. Un peu loin des premières plages mais parfait pour les balades à pied ou à vélo.
