South-facing terrace with views of other villas. The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor and offers all comforts and facilities in a resolutely modern atmosphere. Walks around the lake 500 m away, shops and restaurants in the village. 2 bicycles available. Private parking. Nautical Base 8 km away.
Separate entrance on first floor. First floor: large living room with fitted kitchen opening onto 10 m² terrace, bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed, shower room-wc. 2nd floor: attic bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.
Pets allowed subject to good behavior and extra charge.
Bed linen, cleaning and towels are optional.
Compulsory cleaning, to be paid on site for short stays: 50 euros .
Possibility of renting a garage for an extra charge of €100 per week.

    Une location joliment décorée,un canapé et une literie très confortables,un grand réfrigérateur congélateur, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner .
    Les sentiers de randonnée sont à quelques pas, avec des vues magnifiques.Le village est calme.
    Cependant un lotissement est en construction en face de la location.Nous avons été très peu dérangé par le bruit pendant notre séjour.Nous avons passé deux agréables semaines avec notre chien et espérons pouvoir revenir.
    Nous remercions Nathalie pour son accueil et ses conseils très pertinents.

    Accueil agréable et logement bien équipé et bien aménagé, visite du propriétaire le 1er jour étonnante, emplacement calme mais un peu éloignée de la mer et de la ville.
