Discover the authentic charm of the Midi with a stay in this magnificent character-filled Holiday cottage in the heart of the Minervois vineyards, just 20 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne! Plunge into the heart of tranquility and history with this meticulously renovated former pigeon house, which welcomes you for a stay combining modern comfort and authenticity.

Situated in a small hamlet away from the village, you'll be able to recharge your batteries for the duration of your stay.
You'll be ideally placed for visiting all the nearby attractions of our region: the Canal du Midi, the Cathar castles of Lastours, the magnificent landscapes of the Black Mountain with its lakes, the Abbey of Caunes-Minervois or the Giant Abyss of Cabrespine. The village, 4km from the Holiday cottage, offers a wide range of shops and services: Restaurant, tobacconist, newsagent, grocery store, café... For hikers and mountain bikers, there are numerous trails winding through vineyards, garrigues and hills (le sentier des capitelles).

On site, you'll find a small private garden where you can enjoy your meals outside. It is fenced in and equipped with garden furniture and parasol. Access to the garden is by crossing the small alleyway, which has very little traffic. The owners have sheep on their property, which you can also visit.

The Holiday cottage opens onto the first floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen with dining table and wood-burning stove (provided), the room stays cool even in summer.
Second floor:
- A first bedroom: a 140x190cm bed, a shower room adjoining the bedroom with WC.
Second floor:
- A living room with sofa, connected TV and mobile air-conditioning.
- Mezzanine bed 140x190cm.
Private parking in the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage.

The pigeonnier is an old building, with a few constraints that add to its charm! The view from the top of the tower has to be earned.
