Pretty gîte situated on a hill, against an old flour mill, in the immediate vicinity of Carcassonne. The region is rich in activities: the Malepère massif is 2 kms away, ideal for walking and mountain biking. From a cultural point of view, the beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne is only 15 minutes away by car and there are also many tourist attractions within easy reach (Toulouse, Narbonne, Fontfroide Abbey...)


Please note that the proximity of the D119 may cause some noise pollution; however, the exterior of the gite with the garden furniture and barbecue is on the other side.
 The gite is entirely on one level, with a large living room-kitchen bar. In the sleeping area, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (140cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). Shower room and separate toilet.

    - Accueil très chaleureux
    - Cuisine très bien équipée (grand frigo, petit fraiseur, four, four à micro-onde, senseo, petite cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle et équipement pour cuisiner salé comme sucré).
    - Chambre adulte correcte, chambre enfants avec un lit à barreaux, un lit 90cm et un lit 140cm, large choix de linge (pour les lits, torchons, serviettes)
    - Salle de bain pratique (douche avec réglage température, sèche-cheveux, machine à laver)

    Nous reviendrons certainement !
