The region is rich in activities: the Malepère massif is just 2 km away, ideal for hiking and mountain biking. From a cultural point of view, the beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne is only 15 minutes away by car, and many tourist attractions are also within easy reach (Toulouse, Narbonne, Fontfroide Abbey...).
Please note the proximity of the D119 road, which may cause some noise pollution; however, the exterior of the Holiday cottage, with its garden furniture and barbecue, faces the other way. The Holiday cottage is all on one level, with a large living room-kitchen bar. In the sleeping area, one bedroom has a 140cm double bed for 2. The second bedroom has a 2-person 140cm bed and a 1-person 90cm bed. Separate shower room and WC.

    Gite agreable la proprietaire nous a bien reçu déçu niveau menage ca n avait pas du être fait avant notre arrivés et pourtant dans le prix de la location le ménage ai compris

    Super séjour à Arzens

    Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, pour la simplicité des échanges et pour toutes leurs attentions. Le gîte est tres bien situé et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très beau Noël en famille.
