Lovely gîte located on a hill against an old flour mill, very close to Carcassonne.

The region is rich in activities: the Malepère massif is just 2 km away, ideal for hiking and mountain biking. From a cultural point of view, the beautiful medieval city of Carcassonne is only 15 minutes away by car, and many tourist attractions are also within easy reach (Toulouse, Narbonne, Fontfroide Abbey...).
Please note the proximity of the D119 road, which may cause some noise pollution; however, the exterior of the Holiday cottage, with its garden furniture and barbecue, faces the other way. The Holiday cottage is all on one level, with a large living room-kitchen bar. In the sleeping area, one bedroom has a 140cm double bed for 2. The second bedroom has a 2-person 140cm bed and a 1-person 90cm bed. Separate shower room and WC.
