Nearby, the famous Réserve Africaine de Sigean offers a unique safari experience, where you can see exotic animals. For wine lovers, the region's Vineyards offer tastings of their renowned vintages. Finally, the Mediterranean beaches are just a few kilometers away, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea.

There are two terraces on site: on the first floor, a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, and on the first floor, a large wooden terrace with a breathtaking view.
The Holiday cottage's grounds, although not enclosed, give you access to a vast natural area with no limits. Set off directly from the Holiday cottage to explore the region's magnificent landscapes in total freedom.

First floor:
- A living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen (forced-air oven with steam option, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine with grinder), dining table and sitting area with sofa, TV and wood-burning stove.
- Separate bathroom with shower and double washbasin.
- Separate WC
Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned:
- First bedroom: one 160x200cm bed
- A second bedroom with two 80x200cm beds that can be moved closer together.
- A master suite with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room: shower, double washbasin and WC.

The Mas de Caussagues cannot accommodate very young Kids. The layout of the premises and conditions preclude the addition of a baby bed or Umbrella bed (neither upstairs nor downstairs). In addition, all bedrooms and beds are on the first floor, and use of the staircase is not possible with a child under 6. To ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for everyone, the Holiday cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
