You’ll be staying in a setting surrounded by Vineyards and nature.
Starting from the estate, you can enjoy numerous walks or mountain bike rides (including to the Etang de l’Estagnol, located within the Natura 2000 area…).
During your outings, you’ll follow the towpath of Riquet’s masterpiece, the Canal du Midi, which is just 1 km from the estate.

In the village, you’ll find several small shops (Restaurant, pizzeria, small grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, Pharmacy, newsstand…) as well as a Nautical Base offering canoeing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.

You are in the heart of Cathar Country, ideally situated for visiting castles and abbeys.
Carcassonne and its famous medieval citadel are 25 km away.
The Mediterranean beaches (Gruissan, Narbonne-Plage, Saint Pierre la Mer) are 50 km away.

During the summer, you have unrestricted access to the owners’ Piscine, which is shared with another Holiday cottage.
The Piscine, located 100 meters away, is secure (fenced) and has a removable protective cover.
It measures 9 meters by 5 meters and is 1.80 meters at its deepest point.
It is a saltwater Piscine.

On the ground floor of the holiday cottage is a kitchen-living room opening onto the terrace, a living room with a relaxation area, a laundry room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and one bedroom with two beds 90x190 cm, each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom.

The holiday cottage is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.
