Le Marronnier

Le Marronnier" is located on a working vineyard 2.5 km from the village of Puichéric.

You'll be staying in a Vineyard and nature environment.
From the estate, you'll be able to enjoy a wide range of walks and mountain bike rides
or mountain biking (Etang de l'Estagnol, located in the Natura 2000 zone...).
As you stroll along, you'll find yourself following the towpath of Riquet's masterpiece along the Canal du Midi, just 1 km from the estate.

In the village, you'll find several small shops (restaurant, pizzeria, grocery store, bakery, butcher's, Pharmacy, tobacconist's, etc.) as well as a Canoe Kayak & Stand up Paddle base.

You're in the heart of Cathar country, ideally placed for visiting castles
and abbeys.
Carcassonne and its famous medieval city are 25 km away.
The beaches of the Mediterranean (Gruissan, Narbonne-Beach, Saint Pierre la Sea)
are 50 km away.
In summer, unlimited access to the owners' swimming pool, shared with another Holiday cottage.
The swimming pool, located 100 meters away, is securely fenced and has a removable protective cover.
It measures 9 by 5 meters and is 1.80 meters deep at its deepest point.
It is treated with salt.

On the ground floor of the Holiday cottage is a living room/kitchen opening onto the terrace,
a lounge with a relaxation area, a laundry room and an independent toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160x200 bed and one bedroom with two 90x190 beds, each with its own dressing room and bathroom.
Separate WC on landing.
The Holiday cottage is fully air-conditioned.
