Here, open the bay windows of your Holiday cottage and discover large sunny terraces overlooking a Mediterranean garden, inviting you to laze around.
Take advantage of your stay to go for a walk around the lagoon (300m), visit Narbonne, the ancient Roman capital (12km), or simply take a swim in the Doul (2km), a salty "little sea" surrounded by pine forests and scrubland. A few kilometers away, you can visit the famous Sigean African reserve, or explore the sites of the Pays Cathare in the wild Corbières.
The Holiday cottage is less than 300 m from restaurants, shops and walks along the Etangs de Bages, and close to major roads.
The peaceful setting, air-conditioning, on-property parking, garden and secure communal Piscine (4 x 2 m, depth 1.25 m) provide all the ingredients for a successful stay.
The single-storey Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' guest house on the first floor, with independent access. It benefits from a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, allowing you to take advantage of fine days to enjoy your meals outside.
It comprises:
- A living room with sofa and TV, dining table and open-plan kitchen (filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge).
- One bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate WC.

Val Que du bonheur !
Peyriac de mer est un village charmant. J’y ai séjourné qq jours et ce fut avec beaucoup de plaisir que je rejoignais le gîte en fin de journée. Il y a vraiment tout le confort souhaité, de la luminosité et absence de vis à vis. Les pièces sont grandes et et bien aménagées. Le gîte en hauteur du village permet d’avoir une vue sur les hauteurs. Synonyme de quiétude. Que du bonheur!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ferienwohnung sehr groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Außenbereich nach Norden, vorteilhaft im Sommer, etwas schattig und kühl im Herbst. Aussicht eingeschränkt. Den kleinen Pool konnten wir leider nicht ausprobieren, da es bereits zu kühl war. Gute Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß in das Dorfzentrum.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.- Cleanliness

Très bon accueil par des propriétaires fort sympathiques. Le gîte est très bien situé, spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé, ainsi que l’accès à la piscine. Commerces et restaurants dans le village

Nat et Ti Super séjour au gîte du moulin
Super séjour dans le village au coeur du beau village de Peyriac de mer. Gîte très agréable et calme. Confort présent, parking privé idéal et gite à proximité du village pour de belles balades à pieds. Merci à Corinne et Sébastien pour leur accueil
