Here, open the bay windows of your Holiday cottage and discover large sunny terraces overlooking a Mediterranean garden, inviting you to laze around.
Take advantage of your stay to go for a walk around the lagoon (300m), visit Narbonne, the ancient Roman capital (12km), or simply take a swim in the Doul (2km), a salty "little sea" surrounded by pine forests and scrubland. A few kilometers away, you can visit the famous Sigean African reserve, or explore the sites of the Pays Cathare in the wild Corbières.
The Holiday cottage is less than 300 m from restaurants, shops and walks along the Etangs de Bages, and close to major roads.
The peaceful setting, air-conditioning, on-property parking, garden and secure communal Piscine (4 x 2 m, depth 1.25 m) provide all the ingredients for a successful stay.

The single-storey Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' guest house on the first floor, with independent access. It benefits from a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, allowing you to take advantage of fine days to enjoy your meals outside.
It comprises:
- A living room with sofa and TV, dining table and open-plan kitchen (filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge).
- One bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate WC.
