La Villa Napoléon

Right in the heart of Le Somail, on the banks of the Canal du Midi, Villa Napoléon opens its doors to you for an unforgettable stay. Once you open the gates of the house, you're directly on the Canal, enjoying the landscape and its walks.

Its proximity to the region's attractions is also an advantage, as you'll be ideally placed to visit some must-see places during your vacation: Narbonne and its historic heritage, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the city of Minerve, the city of Béziers, the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean or the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park.


Le Somail is a charming, peaceful place with many shops, including a grocery store, restaurants and a bookshop.

On site, the Holiday cottage offers a large fenced-in outdoor area with a lovely private swimming pool to cool off in fine weather, as well as a fabulous Spa to relax and unwind after a day's sightseeing (extra charge €35/day, free option). A barbecue is also available to liven up your meals. Garden furniture is available for convivial moments on the terrace. Secure, private parking inside the Holiday cottage.




The air-conditioned Holiday cottage opens onto a large living room with a sitting area (sofa and TV), dining table and open, fully-equipped kitchen.

Step down to the garden level, which gives direct access to the outdoor area, and comprises
- Bedroom 1: bed 160x200cm.
- Bedroom 2: bed 160x200cm.
- Separate shower room with double basin.
- Separate WC.
- Bedroom 3: two 80x200cm beds.
- Bedroom 4: one 160x200cm bed.
- These last 2 bedrooms each have access to the Holiday cottage's 2nd bathroom (shower, double basin and WC).

Obligatory end-of-stay cleaning of 200€ to be paid to the owner on arrival.
