Between the Sea and the Canal du Midi, LA VIGNERAIE is an authentic, comfortable, air-conditioned winegrower's house.
It's in the heart of our winegrowing estate, 5 minutes from the center of Narbonne's shops and amenities, 20 minutes from the beaches and close to the Canal du Midi. This calm and peaceful setting will be a haven of peace for you after a day at the Beach or a trip to the region's must-see sites. On site, you'll be able to go for walks or bike rides along the Canal de La Robine, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This Holiday cottage has a private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue, opening onto an enclosed, shady approval garden shared by 2 cottages, complete with children's play area. Direct access from the living room.
Ground floor: living room( wifi, TV, radio), kitchen( LL, LV, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven).
Upstairs: two bedrooms: one with 1 x 160cm bed, one with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed. Separate shower room and WC. Baby bed and bathtub, high chair and stair rail available on request. The hangar doubles as a carport. The rental price includes 8 KW of electricity per day.

Narbonne is ideally located for discovering its medieval heritage, the Romanesque Museum, the city of Carcassonne (45 km), the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, the Cabrespine sinkholes, the gentle eye, the Cathar castles, the African reserve, the cellars......discovering its gastronomy, attending festivals...practicing all kinds of sports.
