La Vigneraie

Surrounded by rows of vines and bathed in southern sunlight, La Vigneraie is set in a lively landscape on a working vineyard estate. Just a few minutes from Narbonne, a Roman city with a rich heritage, the Holiday cottage is ideally located between the Mediterranean Sea, the Canal du Midi and the vineyards of the Aude region, 4 km from Narbonne. The Countryside unfurls its typical southern landscapes: fragrant garrigue, slender cypress trees and wine-growing horizons as far as the eye can see. From the estate, there's plenty to discover in a short space of time. Mediterranean beaches are just 17 km away, perfect for an iodized getaway. The Canal du Midi invites you to take a stroll or bike ride under the plane trees, while the treasures of the Occitan heritage are all around you: Narbonne and its gourmet markets, the Romanesque Museum, the medieval city of Carcassonne 45 km away, the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, the Cathar castles, the Cabrespine caves and the Sigean African reserve. And let's not forget the surrounding vineyards, summer festivals and generous gastronomy with its southern flavours.

La Vigneraie is housed in a lovingly restored former winegrower's house, and features: _An air-conditioned entrance hall with TV, _A fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, classic coffee maker + Senséo) Upstairs, via a spiral staircase:
_An air-conditioned corridor leading to the entire floor, _A bedroom with a 160cm bed, _A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, _A bathroom with shower cubicle, _A separate toilet.The living room opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and a classic barbecue, overlooking an enclosed, shady, flower-filled approval garden shared with a second, adjoining Holiday cottage. Further out on the estate is another gîte and the owners' accommodation, ensuring a lively environment while preserving everyone's privacy. A hangar with several car rentals is available 30m from the gite.
