Located in the heart of a working family-owned vineyard, shared with two other holiday cottages and the owners’ home, the property preserves everyone’s privacy while offering an authentic immersion in life on the estate. The site, designated a Historic Monument at the foot of the Oppidum, has also yielded archaeological remains attesting to ancient settlements—a quiet reminder of a region that has been inhabited for several centuries.

Ideally located near Narbonne-la-Romaine and the sea, La Noria enjoys a prime location between the Mediterranean coast and the Aude hinterland. From the holiday cottage, it’s easy to reach the fine-sand beaches in about twenty minutes, to stroll or go for bike rides along the Canal du Midi, or to set out to explore Narbonne and its rich Roman and medieval heritage, its bustling market halls, and its southern charm.

A little further afield, the majestic city of Carcassonne, the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, and the region’s wild landscapes of gorges and chasms offer superb getaways. With its unspoiled nature, charming villages, Cathar sites, renowned Vineyards, and Southern French cuisine, every day brings a new experience blending culture, relaxation, and the Occitan way of life.
