Set in the heart of a working family wine estate, shared with two other Holiday cottages and the owners' house, the complex preserves the privacy of each guest while offering an authentic immersion in the life of the estate. The listed site has also revealed archaeological remains attesting to ancient occupations, the discreet memory of a land inhabited for centuries. La Noria is ideally situated between the Mediterranean coast and the Aude hinterland, close to Narbonne la Romaine. From the Holiday cottage, it's easy to reach the sandy beaches in just 20 minutes, stroll along the Canal du Midi or discover Narbonne and its rich Roman and medieval heritage, lively market halls and southern atmosphere. A little further afield, the majestic city of Carcassonne, the abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse or the wild landscapes of the region's gorges and chasms offer superb escapades. Between unspoilt nature, picturesque villages, Cathar sites, renowned Vineyards and southern gastronomy, each day is a new experience, combining culture, relaxation and the Occitan art of living.
Designed to combine comfort and authenticity in a warm, well-kept atmosphere, the air-conditioned Holiday cottage offers: _Entrance to living room with TV and working fireplace, _Fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, classic coffee maker + Senséo pods), _Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, Upstairs:
_One bedroom with 160cm bed, _One bedroom with 140cm bed, _One bedroom with two 90cm beds, _One bathroom with shower, _One toilet.Outside: a terrace, a classic barbecue, garden furniture and a shady enclosed park. Ce grand domaine familial depuis 5 générations comportait plusieurs habitations destinées au personnel habitant sur place. Au fil des ans, certains se sont déplacés en centre ville, d'autres sont partis retrouver leurs racines: souvent en Espagne. Nous avons alors choisi de redonner vie à ces maisons vigneronnes, en les mettant au goût du jour pour les proposer à des vacanciers de tout horizon, curieux de connaitre l'histoire de le domaine.

Farloth Très joli gîte
Nous avons passé un long week-end à La Noria. Le gîte est particulièrement calme. Décoré avec goût, suffisant pour 5. Il est à côté de Narbonne, avec les routes passantes pas loin mais sans en avoir les nuisances.
Le jardin a ravi notre fille qui a joué au toboggan dès qu'elle pouvait.

N. et F. BONENFANT Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire et son époux. Bel endroit au calme dans cette propriété de caractère aux activités agricoles toujours d'actualité quant à l'exploitation a de la vigne et des fruits. C'est un lieu qui demeure bien vivant dans cette belle campagne au charme méditerranéen bien marqué qui ne pouvait que nous séduire avec la cathédrale de Narbonne, superbe ...et la richesse culturelle de la région.

Birgit und Bernd Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in diesem Haus.
Die Eigentümer waren unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam.
Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön: absolute Ruhe mitten zwischen Weinfeldern, trotzdem innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto in Narbonne und an den Stränden.
Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, wie schon lange nicht mehr und werden gerne wieder kommen.
