Take a stroll through the typical, peaceful streets of this Minervois village to discover and appreciate the Holiday cottage. On-site shops include a tobacconist-press-coffee shop-food store, restaurant, wine cellar, winery, butcher's, delicatessen and bread shop, pharmacy. For heritage lovers, there's the village church of Saint-Jean de Baptiste. If you're a keen walker or biker, you can take the "sentier des capitelles", where you'll be able to admire the region's beautiful landscapes. Less than 20 minutes from the Holiday cottage, you can visit the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the breathtaking scenery of the Mountain Noire, the Abbey of Caunes-Minervois, the Giant Abyss of Cabrespine and the Cathar castles of Lastours. So many activities to enjoy with family and friends! The Minervois also boasts a rich terroir, with its wine region a must-see. A public parking lot is located just a few meters from the Holiday cottage.
The Holiday cottage has been recently renovated to retain its authenticity. The first floor opens onto a corridor leading to a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm). A laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC. When you go up to the 1st floor, a shower room is on your right with a shower and washbasin. On the 1st floor, a large living room with a sitting area featuring a sofa and a connected TV, an open kitchen and a dining table for 4. An office area for Telework. On the 2nd and top floor, a large open-plan bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. WIFI connection. Baby Equipment on request (Umbrella bed + high chair). Pets allowed at an extra charge of €10 per day (small dogs only). Air-conditioning in living room and upstairs bedroom.
