In the heart of the Cabardès, 15 minutes from Carcassonne, 2km from the village of Ventenac-Cabardès, discover the Holiday cottage de la Bouriette. In a peaceful natural setting, you'll appreciate the calm of the surroundings while admiring a panoramic view of the surrounding hills and the Pyrenees in the background. The location is ideal for walking or cycling to discover the region and its flora and fauna.

Nearby, you can discover and visit the many treasures of our département: the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the capitelles d'Aragon, the book village of Montolieu, the Cathar castles of Lastours and Saissac, and the magnificent natural landscapes of the Black Mountain and its lakes. The village of Ventenac-Cabardès has a grocery store, and Carcassonne is only 9km away.


There's a swimming pool (dim: 8x4x1.50, shared with the owners) where you can relax and unwind with a refreshing dip in the pool or on a deckchair in the sun. Jacuzzi available. Next to the Piscine is a bathroom with shower and WC.

A private terrace with stone garden furniture is located in front of the Holiday cottage, where you can eat and enjoy breakfast in the shade. You'll also have access to the estate's outdoor area, with garden furniture under the trees, a barbecue and a Kids' play area. Private parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage's interior furnishings are locally sourced to promote sustainable local know-how.


Holiday cottage comprises a ground-floor living room with a dining area, a sitting area with sofa, armchair and connected TV, and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto the living room. Laundry room with washing machine and games cupboard. Upstairs, a first bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with a bed of unique and original design, a bunk bed with a 140cm bed and a small staircase leading to the 90cm bed, ideal for couples or Kids. An independent bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
