On the ground floor, there's a terrace area and summer kitchen. A boulodrome is also available. The surrounding area is full of footpaths and winding country roads, ideal for cycling and mountain biking. The center of Carcassonne and its Cité are well worth a visit, as are the many sites of the Pays Cathare. The Sea is 1 hour away. Multi-service grocery store in the village. The Holiday cottage, on the 1st floor, comprises : Living room/kitchen opening onto an 18 m² terrace with garden furniture, 2 bedrooms each with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm beds, shower room-wc. 2 extra beds available (sofa bed in living room). Parking available on the property in front of the Holiday cottage. Piscine 10 x 5 m, from May 1 to September 30, shared with the owner. Sports hall and relaxation room shared with the owners, with sports equipment, Jacuzzi, billiards table and private toilet.
