The Holiday cottage Chez les Brocs welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the sunshine of the Midi. Located in the heart of the village, you'll find a number of local shops (restaurants, grocery store, tobacconist, bakery, etc.). The Holiday cottage has its own private, fenced-in terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You'll also appreciate the Piscine (size: 4x7.50x1.40) shared with two Bed and breakfast rooms, with access from the gîte terrace and an outdoor shower.
The region offers a multitude of activities to do nearby: Hiking or cycling in the varied landscapes, visiting the natural and cultural heritage of the Narbonnaise regional nature park, the Sigean African reserve, the port of Le Somail, the beaches of the Aude coast, Fontfroide Abbey or the Cité de Carcassonne or Minerve. The Holiday cottage has no private parking, but you can park in front of the house or along the street.

Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor a large master suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). A large space with armchairs and a fridge with direct access to the private terrace and then to the Piscine. Separate WC. On the second floor, a living room with a dedicated sitting area (sofas and armchairs), a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. A second bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower and washbasin). A second independent toilet with washbasin. On the second and top floor, a third bedroom with a 160cm bed, an independent bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a fourth and final bedroom with two 90cm beds. The entire Holiday cottage is air-conditioned except for the first floor, which stays cool in summer. Baby Equipment available on request.
