Château Villarlong - Majorelle

Charming Holiday cottage in the heart of a historic château with Piscine just 15 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne

Located at Château de Villarlong, surrounded by 60 hectares of lush green countryside, the Holiday cottage combines old-world charm with modern comforts. It features a private terrace with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation.

You'll have access to a large shared swimming pool (20x8m) with the other Holiday cottages, perfect for cooling off on sunny days, as well as a tennis court for sports enthusiasts. A Restaurant is on site, and breakfast is available at an additional cost. There's also a large common room, an outdoor gaming area with boulodrôme and giant chessboard, a chapel and a historical trail featuring ruins dating back to the Visigoth era.

The surrounding area is rich in heritage and varied landscapes. Just a few km away, the famous medieval city of Carcassonne unfurls its ramparts and cobbled streets, a veritable journey back in time. Nature lovers will enjoy Hiking along the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Other activities include the capitelles de Laure, the Gouffre Géant de Cabrespine, the Abbaye de Caunes-Minervois and the Grottes de Limousis.

- Living room, sitting area with sofa, TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer).

- One bedroom with 180x200cm bed.

- Separate shower room and WC.


2nd floor:

- Bedroom with 180X200cm bed and en-suite shower room.

- A bedroom with a 180x200cm bed.

- A rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the château and the Minervois.

On-site parking.

Shared laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer (€8 per machine).

Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning to be paid directly to the owner.
