The Holiday cottage, located on the edge of the road to Mirepeisset and the canal, is accessed by an outside staircase. The first small terrace, from which you can watch the boats pass by, leads to the living room of the Holiday cottage, with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace with a sheltered dining area and electric barbecue. Two sun loungers are available to enjoy the peace and quiet. A master bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a second bedroom with two 80cm single beds. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Electric heating is available on request.
Parking is available at the foot of the Holiday cottage, and there is a spacious garage for your vehicle. Two bicycles are available.
In the village: the Amphoralis site, a Gallo-Roman pottery village. Local restaurants and shops.

Es war ganz wunderbar:Sehr zugewandt und hilfsbereite Eigentümer,gemütlich eingerichtetes Häuschen,gute Betten,voll eingerichtete Küche,und das alles direkt am Canal.Sofort wieder!

Brijazz A pleasant enough stay
The appartement is in a delightful spot at the side of the canal where pleasure boats regularly stop in readiness for entering the lock. We were quite comfortable and did not need to use the heating, for which there is apparently an additional charge. The proprietors were friendly. We have stayed in many gites and rentals across France and would say this one is just "ok".

kleines rustikales gite mit aller erforderlicher Ausstattung für ein paar Tage oder mehr ! Sehr Schöner Außenbereich ,2 kostenlose Leihräder vorhanden . Tolle Spazierwege am Kanal , Örtchen mit Bäcker . Das alles unweit von Narbonne & Carcassonne !Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt ! Sehr freundliche ,herzliche Vermieter & tolle Tipps für Ausflüge

Malgré que le propriétaire du gîte était informé de l'heure de notre arrivée, le logement n'était pas chauffé, dés l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée qui frottée au sol, une odeur d'humidite et de renfermé se dégageait fortement. il a fallu au moins 3 jours de chauffe pour commencer à être bien.
Habitués des gîtes de France, c'est la premiére fois que le propriétaire nous accueille sans un petit geste de bienvenue........bon mais c'est pas obligatoire.- Cleanliness

Merci d'avoir partagé vos impressions sur votre séjour dans notre gîte. Nous sommes désolés que votre arrivée n'ait pas été aussi agréable que nous l'aurions souhaité.
Nous tenons à vous informer que votre séjour a coïncidé avec une semaine de fortes pluies, un événement inhabituel dans notre région. Cela a malheureusement causé une humidité inhabituelle et un gonflement de la porte en bois. Nous regrettons que cela ait affecté votre confort.
Concernant le chauffage, nous vous prions de nous excuser pour le désagrément. Il est vrai que le logement aurait dû être chauffé avant votre arrivée. Nous vous informons qu'il est plus efficace de régler le chauffage au maximum pendant quelques heures pour atteindre une température confortable, plutôt que de le laisser au minimum pendant toute la durée du séjour.
Nous prenons vos remarques très au sérieux et allons prendre des mesures pour améliorer ces aspects à l'avenir. Nous espérons avoir l'opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau et de vous offrir une meilleure expérience.
