Enjoy the view from the Holiday cottage, surrounded by beautiful countryside. On site, you'll find a large outdoor area with a lovely swimming pool for cooling off and relaxing on deckchairs. The Holiday cottage is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area (Chapelle Saint Félix, Station météorologique d'Opoul Périllos...). You'll be ideally located for visits to La Franqui Beach and the Leucate cliffs, the Sigean African reserve, the Tautavel Prehistory Museum, the Salses fortress, the Gouleyrous and Verdouble gorges or the Cathar castles of Aguilar, Durban, Padern, Quéribus and Peyrepertuse, all less than an hour from the gîte. In the village, there are weekly mobile shops (Bakery every day, greengrocer on Monday mornings, butcher on Thursday mornings), a grocery store 3km away and U express 9km away. The Holiday cottage also has private parking.
Holiday cottage on one level comprising a large living room opening directly onto an outdoor terrace with a lounge/dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, a storeroom with washing machine. Two bedrooms with two 140cm beds, a separate bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate WC. A master suite with a 160cm bed and private bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Terrace and private swimming pool (open from early June to late September) with barbecue and garden furniture. WIFI ACCESS. Services included (bed linen, towels, cleaning). Private parking.

5/5Gite grand, moderne et décoré, avec tout le nécessaire. A la campagne avec vue sur les vignes et la montagne. Localisation centrale à 1h de Perpignan, Carcassonne et les châteaux cathares. Leucate est plus proche (30 minutes). ChromeCast est un plus.

5/5Tijdens ons recent verblijf in dit prachtige vakantiehuis in het zuiden van Frankrijk, werden al onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, werden we verwelkomd door een moderne en stijlvolle inrichting, die toch een warme en huiselijke sfeer uitstraalde.
Het huis was brandschoon en perfect onderhouden, wat voor ons meteen een gevoel van comfort en zorgeloosheid gaf. De eigenaars hebben duidelijk oog voor detail en hebben gezorgd voor alle moderne gemakken die je je maar kunt wensen. Van de volledig uitgeruste keuken tot de badkamer en comfortabele bedden, alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd.
De ligging van het huis is ideaal voor wie wil genieten van rust en natuur, maar ook voor uitstapjes naar de prachtige steden en pittoreske dorpjes in de omgeving. Het ruime terras en zwembad boden ons de perfecte plek om te ontspannen na een dag vol ontdekkingen. Ook onze kinderen hebben zich hier uitstekend vermaakt.
Kortom, dit vakantiehuis is een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een zorgeloos en comfortabel verblijf in het zonnige zuiden van Frankrijk. Wij kijken er nu al naar uit om hier opnieuw te komen genieten!
