Situated 2 kms from Saint-Girons and the medieval town of Saint-Lizier, the Domaine de Montfort residence, built in 1818, has stood the test of time and history. The old stonework, wood panelling and floors have been preserved to retain their original authentic charm. The Holiday cottage has been furnished with antique furniture, sourced or restored by the owners. Antique knick-knacks and paintings by local artists complete this decoration resolutely anchored in the past. Behind the Holiday cottage is a playground for Kids. The Location is ideal for hikers and walkers; the St-Jacques de Compostelle pilgrimage route borders the property. The municipal swimming pool with Spa, 2 km away, is a real space of Wellbeing for young and old.
