Le Pradet Holiday cottage is ideal for those wishing to discover the Ax valleys: thermal baths, skiing, the Orlu valley, cycling and Hiking. The departure of the ski resort's gondolas is in Ax, a 15-minute walk or 8-minute drive away. In snowy weather, the road to the Holiday cottage is clear. Converted former schoolhouse, with personal garden area including garden furniture and barbecue, in a car-free hamlet, 80 m walk from the parking lot, but can be approached for unloading, opposite another Holiday cottage with shared enclosed garden and Kids' play area. Hiking departures from the parking lot. On the border between France, Spain and Andorra. View of the Forest and the Mountain from the gîte, a change of scenery and tranquility guaranteed while still being close to the City. Cool in summer. The Holiday cottage, with its period wooden floors and stone walls, is an authentic Mountain holiday cottage. Ground floor: entrance, laundry room with Ski room. 1st floor: living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), separate WC, shower room. 2nd floor: on the landing, reading and relaxation area. 1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) or 2 single beds (80cm) which can be separated, and a baby bed. Electric heating. Garden furniture, barbecue. Bed linen and towels provided, table linen, cleaning materials and products. Cleaning service on request. High-speed WIFI. Pets allowed only dogs and cats Strictly FORBIDDEN. Please contact us if necessary. Possibility of renting the 2 Holiday cottages (Pradet and Fount) for a capacity of 10 people with FREE sheets and towels. Curist rates available. No arrivals after 8pm without agreement.
