The Pradet holiday cottage is ideal for exploring the Ax valleys: thermal spas, skiing, the Orlu Valley, hiking, and biking. The resort’s gondola lifts are about a 15-minute walk or an 8-minute drive away.
Housed in a renovated former school, the holiday cottage is located in a quiet hamlet. Access is on foot for about 80 meters from the parking lot (unloading available nearby), in a preserved natural setting.
The fully enclosed property includes two holiday cottages and a shared playground. Access to the accommodations is via a shared porch, in the atmosphere of a preserved village.
The holiday cottage features its own private outdoor area with patio furniture and a barbecue, opening onto the surrounding landscape. To preserve the character of the site, the outdoor spaces are not individually fenced off, offering an open view of the surroundings and privacy from the other holiday cottage.
Unobstructed views of the forest and mountains, a relaxing setting while remaining close to Ax-les-Thermes. Hiking trails start from the parking lot. A prime location just across the border from Spain and Andorra. Pleasantly cool in summer and a variety of activities available year-round.

The Holiday cottage, with its period wooden floors and stone walls, is an authentic Mountain holiday cottage. Ground floor: entrance, laundry room with Ski room. 1st floor: living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), separate WC, shower room. 2nd floor: on the landing, reading and relaxation area. 1 attic bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) or 2 single beds (80cm) which can be separated, and a baby bed. Electric heating. Garden furniture, barbecue. Bed linen and towels provided, table linen, cleaning materials and products. Cleaning service on request. High-speed WIFI. Pets allowed only dogs and cats Strictly FORBIDDEN. Please contact us if necessary. Possibility of renting the 2 Holiday cottages (Pradet and Fount) for a capacity of 10 people with FREE sheets and towels. Curist rates available. No arrivals after 8pm without agreement. Cleaning deposit 80€.
