Located at the far end of the Moulin complex, which includes another holiday cottage, the Moulin Neuf L'Aubépine is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living area with a kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, there is a TV lounge, two bedrooms (one with a 140-cm bed) and one bedroom (with two 90-cm bunk beds), as well as a bathroom with a toilet. Wi-Fi, heating, and a fan are available at an additional cost based on actual usage. Beds are made on arrival. A list of the dishes and equipment provided will be sent to you before your stay.
The holiday cottage is located in a lush, green setting, with fishing in a Category 1 river (fishing license required). This location serves as a bridge between the Vienne and Deux-Sèvres departments; you’ll enjoy the gentle charm of the Poitou region with family, friends, or on a business trip. Private terrace and large shared grounds, secure parking with video surveillance. Relaxation area with Sauna and Spa. Massages available for an additional fee. Every July, the FLIP (Parthenay International Fun Festival) takes place just 19 km away.

Normands Gite sympa et propriétaires accueillants
Accueil fait dans l'urgence mais le gite était prêt et l'accueil des propriétaires a été sympathique.
Environnement nature et jacuzzi idéal en fin de journée.
Gite confortable et bien équipé.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille.

Sw Gite verdoyant et accueillant
Malgré un temps pluvieux nous avons trouvé un créneau pour utiliser le jacuzzi.
Propriétaire accueillante et gîte propre et confortable.
Nous regrettons juste de ne pas avoir pu profiter du jardin à cause de la météo passable.- Cleanliness

Nous avons passez 3 jours dans ce superbe gîte avec tous le confort qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour.
Je recommanderais ce gîte sans aucun problème et j'y retournerais sans aucun problème.
