Le Moulin Neuf - L'Aubépine

Located at the far end of the Moulin complex, which includes another holiday cottage, the Moulin Neuf L'Aubépine is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a living area with a kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, there is a TV lounge, two bedrooms (one with a 140-cm bed) and one bedroom (with two 90-cm bunk beds), as well as a bathroom with a toilet. Wi-Fi, heating, and a fan are available at an additional cost based on actual usage. Beds are made on arrival. A list of the dishes and equipment provided will be sent to you before your stay.
The holiday cottage is located in a lush, green setting, with fishing in a Category 1 river (fishing license required). This location serves as a bridge between the Vienne and Deux-Sèvres departments; you’ll enjoy the gentle charm of the Poitou region with family, friends, or on a business trip.
