Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owners' house, 3.8km from the town of St Pée-sur-Nivelle and 11km from the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz.
The Holiday cottage comprises :
- a living room with kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker), dining area and sitting area
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, en-suite shower room
- wc
- storeroom (washing machine)
Beds made on arrival, linen and towels included.
Heating included.
There's a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in front of the Holiday cottage, and a garden area with deckchairs nearby.

Très bon accueil des hôtes, le gîte est situé au calme et à proximité des commerces. Dépaysement garanti au milieu des moutons! Le gîte est fonctionnel et très bien entretenu, je recommande vivement !

Fleurine Exceptionnel
C'est la 4eme fois que nous y séjournons et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis d y retourner.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très discrets.
Dans le gîte rien ne manque.

Les Landais Séjour agréable
Location au calme et située à proximité des sites intéressants.
Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires avec de bons conseils pour le séjour.
Le gîte est très bien équipé avec tout le confort moderne et les commerces sont à proximité.
Attentions de Marie-Claire avec de bons gâteaux basques.
