Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owners' house, 3.8km from the town of St Pée-sur-Nivelle and 11km from the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz.
The Holiday cottage comprises :
- a living room with kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker), dining area and sitting area
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, en-suite shower room
- wc
- storeroom (washing machine)
Beds made on arrival, linen and towels included.

There's a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in front of the Holiday cottage, and a garden area with deckchairs nearby.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région.
Le gîte est superbe,décoré avec goût, propre et la literie est parfaite. Rien ne manque, on se croirait à la maison.

Les Bretons Formidable
Ce gîte est magnifique, très bien équipé confortable & spacieux. Un grand merci aux propriétaires Marie Claire et Jean Louis qui sont accueillants, chaleureux et discrets. L'emplacement du gîte est parfait. Leur chienne Lagun est trop mimi. Nous recommandons ce gîte, nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec une très belle météo. Nous reviendrons.

Tout est parfait...alors , que dire? Gite où tout a été bien pensé avec du haut de gamme et où l'on se sent bien même quand il fait un temps pourri !
Au niveau de l'accueil , je dirai simplement que nous ne sommes pas considérés comme des clients mais comme de la famille.
La barre est haute mais chez ces gens là c'est naturel,tout simplement.
