Semi-detached Holiday cottage in the Acotz district of St Jean-de-Luz, 100 m from the A63 motorway.
The Holiday cottage is on 2 levels and comprises :
First floor :
- fitted kitchen and living room (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
- living room
- bathroom with shower and bath (washing machine)
- a toilet
First floor:
- 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied.
Electric heating is extra (meter reading required).
A Wi-Fi Internet connection is available.
A private terrace with garden furniture and plancha is available under the plane tree.
Parking in front of the Holiday cottage.
The Holiday cottage is ideally located 1.5km from the beaches, 1km from the shops (Jaldai shopping zone) and 5km from St Jean-de-Luz city center.

    Très belle location avec accueil agréable.
    Les propriétaires nous accueillent personnellement. Ils sont présents et discrets.
    Mais si besoin, ils sont là

    Séjour Saint Jean de Luz

    Bon accueil, propriétaire discrète.
    Le gîte est conforme à la publication.
    Emplacement bien situé pour la visite du pays basque français et espagnole.
    Des spécialités de bienvenue gentiment offertes par les propriétaires.

    Super location !

    Logement propre, bien localisé.
    L'épaisseur des murs nous a permis de rester bien au frais pendant un mois de Mai extrêmement chaud.
    Très surpris également par l'énorme salle de bain proposant une douche à l'italienne ET une baignoire.
