Semi-detached Holiday cottage in the Acotz district of St Jean-de-Luz, 100 m from the A63 motorway.
The Holiday cottage is on 2 levels and comprises :
First floor :
- fitted kitchen and living room (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
- living room
- bathroom with shower and bath (washing machine)
- a toilet
First floor:
- 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied.
Electric heating is extra (meter reading required).
A Wi-Fi Internet connection is available.
A private terrace with garden furniture and plancha is available under the plane tree.
Parking in front of the Holiday cottage.
The Holiday cottage is ideally located 1.5km from the beaches, 1km from the shops (Jaldai shopping zone) and 5km from St Jean-de-Luz city center.

Johan Super gîte
Propriétaire très à l écoute. Maison très bien située et très bien équipée. La localisation est superbe avec bus à proximité ce qui nous a évité de prendre trop souvent la voiture car très difficile de se garer dans la région.

Mélanie Séjour St Jean de Luz
Gite situé dans un endroit calme et proche de la mer et des grandes villes touristiques (centre de St Jean de Luz, Biarritz, 8 min de l’Espagne).
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui est à l’écoute et toujours à la recherche de bien faire pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible.
La maison est spacieuse, propre et agréable.
Comparé à d’autres gîtes à 2 épis, je trouve que celui-ci mériterait 3 épis.

Michel Excellent séjour dans une belle maison basque.
Excellent séjour, accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire avec cadeau de bienvenue. La propriétaire s'est montrée discrète et disponible tout au long du séjour.
Gîte conforme en tous points aux photos et descriptifs,aménagé soigneusement, rien ne manque au confort, propreté méticuleuse, beaucoups de place, deux agréables terrasses dont une vaste et fleurie où nous prenions nos repas.Parking privatif devant la maison.
Quartier très calme. Proche l'entrée de l'autoroute, des plages et d'un centre commercial.

Colibris31 Séjour exceptionnel dans un lieu superbe
La maison est très propre et très bien tenue.
Les chambres sont grandes.
Les pièces de vie sont belles et très bien équipée.
La cuisine et grande et très bien aménagée.
Tout y est, il ne manque rien.
La plancha fonctionne très bien aussi.
L’extérieur est très agréable.
L’hôte est très prévenante et a la fois discrète.
L’endroit est très calme et pourtant proche de tout.
Bref le séjour a été exceptionnel.
