Small new 50m2 detached house on one level, close to the owner's house and another Holiday cottage, 1.5km from Espelette village.
Quiet neighborhood on the edge of the Forest, at the end of a dead-end road.
The entire Holiday cottage is accessible and equipped for disabled people.
Equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher), living room, sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room/wc.
Heating included.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied. Housekeeping included.
WIFI connection.
Parking, private covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Garden with deckchairs.
Outside storeroom (washing machine). Green up socket for recharging electric vehicle (extra charge).
The Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the Basque coast and inland.
Isabelle can pick up your groceries (drive), so don't forget to contact her before you arrive.

BZH Très belle semaine en pays basque
Une très belle semaine ensoleillée au cœur du pays basque. Le gîte très confortable, dans une impasse au calme, est idéalement situé entre mer et montagne. Les propriétaires accueillants habitent à quelques mètres mais veillent à rester très discrets. A recommander.

Ce gîte ( comme le précédent) est merveilleux, agréable et ultra confortable.
Rien ne manque.Et que dire de l'accueil de Isabelle et son mari .
Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans un petit cocon .Je ne veux pas en dire plus de peur de ne plus avoir de disponibilités pour revenir

Gene Sejour agréable
Gite où il fait bon séjourner au calme près de la forêt d'Espelette.
Gîte neuf , bien équipé et très confortable.
Toutes les qualités sont requises pour passer un bon séjour dans cette belle région.
Les propriétaires sont symphatiques et accueillants, ils vivent pas très loin du gite mais ils restent très discrets.- Cleanliness
