Small new 50m2 detached house on one level, close to the owner's house and another Holiday cottage, 1.5km from Espelette village.
Quiet neighborhood on the edge of the Forest, at the end of a dead-end road.
The entire Holiday cottage is accessible and equipped for disabled people.
Equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher), living room, sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room/wc.
Heating included.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied. Housekeeping included.
WIFI connection.
Parking, private covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Garden with deckchairs.
Outside storeroom (washing machine). Green up socket for recharging electric vehicle (extra charge).
The Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the Basque coast and inland.
Isabelle can pick up your groceries (drive), so don't forget to contact her before you arrive.

Delphine (Alsace 67) Une pépite au pays basque
Ce gîte est un vrai havre de paix, une "pépite d'or" pour passer de merveilleuses vacances ! Situé en lisière de forêt à Espelette, avec vue sur les Pyrénées, au calme, idéalement situé entre océan et montagne, c'est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir aussi bien la côte basque que l'intérieur du pays. Le gîte est moderne, aménagé avec goût, propre, très bien équipé, climatisé, avec terrasse et jardin très agréables ; la literie est très confortable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, d'une grande gentillesse, discrets et disponibles en cas de besoin. J'y ai séjourné 2 semaines et tout était parfait... certainement les plus belles vacances de ma vie ! Je recommande vivement ce gîte.

plusbeauvillage Modern, efficient and comfortable
Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Communication with them was easy. The house is well-designed so it feels much bigger than it is. And it was so easy to live in, comfortable and enjoyable. We had a heatwave so we appreciated the air conditioning very much.
