Beautiful, fully renovated village house in the Ibarron district of St Pée-sur-Nivelle.
Arranged over 2 levels, the Holiday cottage comprises :
First floor:
- fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and dining area
- large living room with sitting area (sofa, DVD player, armchairs)
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- shower room/wc
- storeroom (tumble dryer and washing machine).
First floor:
- 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160, toilet area with washbasin and bidet
-1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed
- shower room
- a toilet
Bed linen provided.
Wifi internet connection (fiber).
Electric heating is extra.
Private terrace overlooking a lane, with garden furniture and barbecue (no garden).

Shops less than 500 m away, in the village center or a supermarket.
Numerous Hiking trails from the Holiday cottage.
Cleaning deposit of 80€ to be deposited on arrival.

Elisabeth Séjour au pays basque dans la maison Harotcheta
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine en famille à Saint Pée sur Nivelle. Le gite est grand, propre et fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement situé pour rayonner dans la région entre la côte et l'arrière-pays, avec des commerces tous proches. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire.

VERO AVIS MAISON "HAROTCHETA"
Le gîte "Harotcheta" est très fonctionnel, chaleureux et agréable à vivre pour 10 personnes. Les chambres sont spacieuses. le linge de lit est fourni, c'est vraiment pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cheminée. Le gîte est bien placé pour les départs de randonnées. A proximité d'une boulangerie et d'un supermarché . Grand + pour nous, la proximité immédiate du départ et arrivée des trails proposés en mars auxquels nous participions. La propriétaire MME CHAFFENET est très réactive et arrangeante. Nous avons même eu un gâteau basque et de belles fleurs pour notre arrivée. Merci. Je recommande vivement.
